This policy explains the data required to calculate and deliver Seleune readings.
Data we use
Name, email, birth date, birth time when provided, and birth city and coordinates. Stripe processes checkout payments; Seleune does not receive full card details.
Purposes
To calculate astronomical positions, generate an AI-assisted interpretation, deliver the reading and PDF, provide support, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
AI and providers
Calculated factors and data required for personalization may be sent to the AI provider. Stripe processes payments and Resend delivers email. Each provider handles data under its own agreement and policy.
Marketing
Transactional delivery does not require marketing consent. Content and offers are sent only when the separate option is selected, and consent can be withdrawn.
Retention and rights
Orders and reports are kept for as long as needed for delivery, support and legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion where applicable, email [email protected].
Limits
Do not submit another person's data without permission. Private report links work as access credentials and should not be shared publicly.
